Moving Preparations
28 05 2009So on June 6th we will pack up the U-Haul and head to calumet to start a new chapter in my life and the lives of my family. I am looking forward to it. Though the unknown is scary there is a peace about being sent out to serve two churches. If you have any suggestions on how to handle a two point charge I would be more than happy to read your comments. Things are so exciting and scary right now it is hard to put it down. Nevertheless the new chapter in my life is starting. Keep me and all of us who are starting new appointments in your prayers.
Peace Be With you
MF

What it Is
10 11 2008It is that time of the semester when things are going crazy and something seems to be due every day. So i have been plugging away at reading, writing papers, writing lectures and etc. Laura has had some issues with her ear which we are not sure what it is but hopefully it is nothing. She sees the doctor on Tuesday. I am getting an MRI on my right knee. Since about August i had been having some pains that have made doing somethings not so fun. I met with my doc last week and we took xrays and he felt like he needed an MRI to make better judgment. Things just seem crazy. Almost done with this semester praise the Lord. After this semester i will be down to TWO!!! yeah!!!! I am posting a video for you. Hope you enjoy.

Hoping to catch the Carrot
4 10 2008If you looked at my last ten days that I just completed you would understand why I would have some sense of triumph. Although I have come to realize that life is more of a carrot for me to chase in the race called life that I am running. I know I have more races to run I have come to an understanding that I will never get the carrot. But I can strive to get the carrot. I know the carrot will change or sometimes I will be unable to run the race of life. This week is over and a new carrot is placed in front of me. It’s time to lace up my shoes, and get ready to start the race of life all over again. So I better stretch before I take off. For all of you who prayed for me and my family with the loss of my Grandfather thanks it helped a lot. Have a good week.
Peace
